It holds the license of the Central Bank of Armenia \u2116 83 issued on 25.02.2003.<\/p>\n<p>Ardshinbank is a member of the Union of Banks of Armenia, Armenian-Georgian Association of Business Cooperation, Armenia Securities Exchange OJSC, settlement system of the Central Depository of Armenia, an affiliated member of MasterCard Europay, principal member of Visa International payment system, shareholder of SWIFT International Financial Telecommunication System, as well as full member and shareholder of ArCa processing company.<\/p>\n<p>The list of the shareholders of the bank is available&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ardshinbank.am\/en\/content\/shareholder-information\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The bank has 63&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ardshinbank.am\/en\/branches-and-atms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">branches<\/a>&nbsp;in Yerevan, the marzes of Armenia, as well as one representative office in Paris, France.<\/p>\n<p>As of September 30, 2022, the total capital of the bank is AMD 141,387,220 thousand, assets \u2013 AMD 1,272,904,536 thousand, liabilities \u2013 AMD 1,131,517,316
