The mission of the bank is to foster the economic development of the country, bearing social responsibility and creating values for shareholders, customers and employees.<\/p>\n<p>ARARATBANK OJSC provides investment services in both primary and secondary markets in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia \u201cOn Securities Market\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brokerage Services<\/strong>: Brokerage services provide access to a wide range of investment instruments in local and foreign markets. Particularly, AraratBank trading platform provides over 4,500 financial instruments in more than 20 stock exchanges in top 15 countries.<br><strong>Dealing services<\/strong>: FX, Repo and transactions with securities.<br><strong>Consulting services on securities market<\/strong>.<br><strong>Securities underwriting and placement<\/strong>:<br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/2714.svg\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\"> Corporate governance advisory and support in provision of regular reports<br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/2714.svg\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\"> Support in drafting and filling out the prospectus<br><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.0.1\/svg\/2714.svg\" alt=\"\u2714\ufe0f\"> Delivery of market maker services.<br>It is noteworthy that in 2017-2021 ARARATBANK OJSC stood as an underwriter of 13 placements of bonds issued by different companies for a total volume of USD 6.5 mln and AMD 20 bln.<br><strong>Registry keeping and custody services<\/strong>: ARARATBANK OJSC acts as an account operator of the Central Depository of the Republic of Armenia and provides custody services.<\/p>\n<p>ARARATBANK is a member of SWIFT international payment system. It executes fast international remittances through Money Gram, Ria Money Transfers, UNISTREAM, Intel Express, Converse Transfer, and Moneytun systems.<\/p>\n<p>The bank has 56 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.araratbank.am\/en\/branches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">branches<\/a>, represented in all regions of the Republic of Armenia and in Artsakh.<\/p>\n<p>Flash LLC with 72.73% share and Barsegh Beglaryan with 22.63% share are major shareholders of ARARATBANK.<\/p>\n<p>As of 31 December 2020, the number of employees stood at 1,031.<\/p>\n<p>As of December 31, 2020,
